If i had to use one word to describe this anime it would be "adorable"...
Despite being a very short movie (being almost the pilot to a good anime series clocked around 20 mins), it´s oozing with charm. The simple story fallows Akko Kagari, a young energetic girl who is looking to live up to her idol "Shiny Chariot" despite not being the most brilliant of her class; the story is not really "academy award" material but it get´s the job done for making you care. To better describe Little Witch Academia, think of "Harry Potter" but with a more colorful world (even more than the first film) with wonderful animation, creative character designs and great vision I can´t help but be marveled by this project.
Little Witch Academia is just cute... I know that sounds weird to say but with the anime media filled with "Ecchi" on pretty much every modern anime is refreshing to see one that cares about the young ones and being so memorable that I might just watch it again in the future. Check it out.
